Introducing Season 2 of Hadrien Villedieu’s Chef’s Table

Recognised as No. 40 on MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026, featured on World’s 50 Best Discovery, and listed in the Gault & Millau 2026 guide, Chez Wam continues to push boundaries with an experience that is as emotional as it is culinary.

Drawing inspiration from his globe-trotting adventures and diverse culinary influences, Chef Hadrien has curated a 12-course tasting menu that redefines the concept of fun dining. Guests can expect playful yet refined interpretations such as a cracked egg built around slow-cooked yolk and truffle, langoustines tartare with caviar inspired by the coast of Brittany, a reimagined soupe à l’oignon expressed through delicate ravioles, and a bold turbot meunière layered with citrus and umami accents. The journey moves seamlessly between nostalgia, surprise, and technical precision, ending on imaginative dessert moments that blur the line between memory and illusion.

Available every Tuesday at 8PM (starting March 10, 2026), this unique dining experience is priced at AED 750 per person, inclusive of the 12 courses, water, tea and coffee. Terms & conditions for the bookings apply.
