Ranked No.54 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, El Chato offers a unique culinary perspective that promises an unforgettable collaborative dining experience. Chef Álvaro Clavijo, the creative force behind El Chato, will join forces with Chef Hadrien Villedieu of Chez Wam to design a one-off set menu that celebrates both Colombian heritage and Chez Wam’s French-Middle Eastern sensibilities. Together, the chefs will present an inventive dining experience that unites two distinct worlds through shared creativity, respect for ingredients, and a passion for storytelling on the plate.
