“Chez Wam” is the French slang for “Chez Moi”, meaning “At Mine” inspired by the familial feeling and the memories of being invited to a friend’s house.

Chez Wam is a modern concept that embodies Chef Hadrien’s unique culinary vision.
The food celebrates Chef Hadrien’s signature contemporary cuisine, designed to bring people together over mouth-watering food and drinks. Inspired by his travels around the globe, Chef Hadrien has compiled his favourite techniques, methods and ingredients for this menu. Whilst the bar and DJ booth allure with professionally playful cocktails and beats.

The lively bar serves contemporary cocktails and greets diners on arrival to lead them into the main dining room, guests can unwind over a well-crafted cocktail, a great selection of wines and champagne while enjoying the musical retro beats.

Chef's table

The open kitchen offers a theatrical and interactive dining experience, it acts as the heartbeat of the concept, the exclusive six seat dining counter will eventually be serving an elevated and inventive “Fun dining” tasting menu guided by chef Hadrien’s culinary whims, expect a full interaction with the chefs and a total kitchen immersion. The Chef’s Table seats are available as ‘Kitchen Counter Seating’, and the tasting menu will be coming soon.

Sharing table

A family-style sharing table provides a new twist on group dining. It’s an experience on its own which accommodates a minimum of 6, and up to 11 guests, tucked away in a semi-exposed nook within the main dining room, this unique table comes with a special menu designed for sharing and an open kitchen experience with chef’s interaction.

French Touch Thursdays: Resident DJ Sami will be spinning a mix from iconic hits to hidden gems all touched by the magic of French artists producers,  from classic house to chill and soulful melodies from 8pm onwards.

80s & 90s Friday & Saturdays: Resident DJ Sami will be spinning the hottest 80s and 90s classics and Old School R&B hits from 8pm onwards.
